Wednesday Night Dinner Sign-up 

Each Wednesday, a Family Night Dinner is served at 5:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall, located on the second floor of our new building.
The price of meals is as follows: $3.50 for adults, $1.50 for children 6 -11 years old.
Children 5 years old and younger are free.
Maximum family cost is $10.00. Dinner reservations are required.
Call the church office by noon on Tuesdays to make or cancel reservations, or use the new online form below.
A time for prayer requests follows each meal. Everyone is given the opportunity to fill in prayer cards which are mailed to shut-ins, those who are hospitalized or others on our prayer list each week. At 6:15 p.m., a time for midweek Bible study or other programs is held in the fellowship hall.
Please fill out this form completely to sign up for Wednesday night dinner, then click Submit to send it to the office manager. The meal each week should be listed on the online calendar; if you have questions, please call the office @ 344-7888. If you need to make a change, click on Reset to start over. Thank you!
